Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@shopaster.store and we'll make it right.
