Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for the following:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that are incorrect (wrong product, wrong variant)
  • Change of mind — items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How to Request a Return
Contact us at contact@shopaster.store within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the reason
  • A photo of the item if damaged or incorrect

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

What We Don't Cover

  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items returned after 14 days

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
